Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your 22bet22 username and password. Deposits

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification and your account balance must reflect cleared, non-bonus funds.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

22bet22 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activities through its platform. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be permanently closed, all funds will be frozen, and the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities. By using 22bet22, you confirm that all funds deposited on the platform originate from a legitimate, lawful source.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses offered by 22bet22 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate "bonus balance" and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play — after satisfying the wagering requirement — become withdrawable real funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility

Restrictions

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our control (including network outages, power failures, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect platform availability. 22bet22 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such interruptions.

Third-Party Content

Games and other content supplied by third-party providers are made available on 22bet22 as-is under licensing agreements. 22bet22 does not warrant that third-party game software is error-free. In the event of a documented technical malfunction in a third-party game that materially affects the outcome of a bet, 22bet22 will work with the relevant game studio to investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected bet and return the stake to the player.

In no event shall 22bet22's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single dispute or series of related disputes exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Closure by the Player

You may close your 22bet22 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@22bet22.club. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Closure by 22bet22

22bet22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• A player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information;
• A player is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A player holds duplicate accounts;
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to 22bet22 or its other users.

Where an account is closed by 22bet22 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any associated funds, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited. Where a closure is precautionary and no breach is ultimately confirmed, any legitimate player funds will be returned via the original payment method following the completion of verification procedures.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 22bet22 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in or contacting support at any time.
